The dream of downtown living is within reach. Corley Real Estate is a boutique firm specializing in downtown properties with a dedication to unparalleled customer service and personal and private attention, making each client feel one of a kind- just like their new home.

Our Promise

Your search for the perfect home should be exciting and stress free. Founded in 2011, Corley Real Estate is committed to surpassing our clients’ expectations at every turn, so they can sit back and have fun with the process. We get to know our clients and their unique home buying needs – then we get to work finding a property that fits them. Our unmatched customer service mentality and insider access to some of the most exclusive homes on the downtown market guarantees you a memorable home-buying or selling experience, without the headache.

Our Team

At Corley Real Estate, our team is family. After a landmark year of growth in 2013, Chris Corley took to building a stronger staff – both on the real estate and administrative sides – to serve the firm’s growing client base. Our team is thoughtfully built to meet each other at our strengths and demonstrate the Corley Real Estate values of service at every turn.  The cornerstone to our family is our highly experienced and passionate, licensed Executive Assistant, Sheryl Short.  In 2015, Paul Monigal, Sommelier and owner of Vino100 was added to the team.  Paul brings experience in Commercial Real Estate and additional knowledge of the condo market.

Our Offices

In 2013, Corley Real Estate found a new home in the Third Ward. Our office spaces were designed around a simple ideology: the real estate process should be accessible and interactive. Our unique open-space concept and central location allow us to engage with our clients and partners in a way that is uncommon in the industry. View displays of our past and available properties, browse our expansive collection of Milwaukee building floor plans or take a load off and chat possibilities in one of our comfortable lobby chairs. Opening the door on your new home is as easy as opening ours – so drop by and say hi!
