The Historic building of Reservoir Street Lofts was originally built in the late 1800’s and redeveloped into condos in 2005. The building consists of 10 units, 2 units per floor with a bonus lobby on each level. Each unit boasts cream city brick walls, soaring timber ceilings, heated floors, expansive gourmet kitchens and in-unit laundry. Common amenities include a fitness center and rooftop patio.
